We welcome you to Ibiza. We wish you a satisfying stay here with us at the Apartamentos Lido. Down at the reception we are at your service to make your stay comfortable and to give you all the necessary advice for a happy holiday.
Here a few tips that will help to begin with:
Your apartment will be cleaned and towels will be changed 3 times a week. Your sheets will be changed twice a week. Please make use of the rooms as if they were yours, any damage or improper use will be billed to you immediately.
Please remember to keep windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning!
Please respect nature and help us to save electricity and water (don’t leave taps running or lights on unnecessarily, mosquitoes love it!)
In the case that you need to empty the garbage bin on a non room cleaning day, please use the green garbage containers in the street.
Your reservation is valid until your departure date at noon/midday (12 o’clock), and only if all payments have been made to that date. |
If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know in time, if there’s space we will be happy to have you. Bills need to be settled in advance.
We ask everybody to show respect during the quiet hours; early in the morning and passed midnight. We are convinced this will make it a friendlier holiday.
Management does not take any responsibility for items not deposited in the safety boxes.
All persons accommodated in the Apartamentos Lido will have to submit a copy of their ID (passport or other) so they can be adequately registered. No one on the premises may remain unregistered.
